1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. MS office is must.
3. Serve visitors by greetings, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
4. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
5. Receive and sort daily/weekly/monthly/stock/ mail/deliveries/couriers and update the inventory.
6. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
7. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
8. Able to contribute positively as a part of a team, helping with various tasks/events as required.
9. Able to take out work from peons/office boys on timely basis following office decorum.
10. Help in as a backup for Business travel plans of company employee as when required.(including air ticket/lodging/boarding etc)
11. Able to help in procurement for admin requirement/ sometime needs to visit vendor for the same.
Workdays- 6 days a week (Mon - Sat)
